October Copic Class at All About Pictures

October Advanced Class will be offered on two nights.

Tuesday and Wednesday, October 9th and 10th.

The classes will be at our usual time 6 - 8pm

Our cards will feature the new Art Impressions Tri-fold stamps.

Additional image will be provided to create another card of your choice.

Wednesday September 12th

This months class will feature Oranges and Reds.  

New markers: YR04,YR07,YR09

optional: R24,R27,R29

Tuesday September 25th

We will start working on faces and hair this month.

New markers for class:

E33,E35,E37 for Hair

E000,E01,E11,R20 for Faces

Upcoming Copic Classes

Have You Ever Seen A PINK Firetruck??

I have another post today that is unrelated to crafting, but I wanted to share something that I did today.

There's a great group of people that tour with 3 PINK Firetrucks and a big PINK Bus.  They are touring with a cause to support women and raising awareness of cancer of ALL kinds.  Anyone who is a Cancer Survivor or has been affected by cancer is invited to sign the Firetruck.

I'm proud to say that I am a SURVIVOR of 4+ years and counting.

Copic Class AT AAP - TOMORROW

Tomorrow is my advanced Copic Class At All About Pictures.  I had a request for some basic mono-chromatic coloring, so this month I featured two colors ways.  We will work on a Sepia tone and a basic neutral Black and White.

This is the card that features the Sepia coloring.
Markers Used: E30,E31,YR20,E33,E35,E37,YR24,E50,E51,E53. Stitching was done with a White Signo marker. Image stamped using Memento Rich Cocoa

Here is the second card that focuses on using basic neutral markers.  You would use any of the 4 different toner sets, just have 5 or 6 that will give you a good blending group.
Markers Used: C00,C1,C3,C5,C7,100.

Talk to the Bear

I wanted to share a new Mo Manning image that I colored.  When I saw this image I just couldn't resist.  Have you ever known someone like this?  I don't believed that my daughter ever did this to me, but it certainly reminds me of her attitude when she was younger.
I used scrap papers and colored with Copic Markers.

I will be leaving tomorrow for Chicago for some girl time with my sister.  We will be doing more certification with Copic and attending the CHA summer show.  I hope everyone has a good week and I will let you know about all the fun stuff I see at the show.
